Yes, sure ,our 90% customers are international customers , most of them we worked with distributors , but some are famous brands . We have many ways of transport for our customer’s choice.

Do you offer free sample?
Yes, some times we supply non-printed samples for our customer and customer just need to pay express cost kindly.
What will my shipping charges be?
Because of the nature of our merchandise, it is difficult to give precise shipping costs online. However, we have pre-arranged shipping plans to suit your needs.
How do I to place an order ?
When you sent email to our sales team , one of our sales will be contact with you. They will quote for you till you agree the price. Then we will make a pre-production for your reference , sent it to you or taken photos for you. After you agree to place an order to us then we can go ahead to make PI for you and prepare production for you.
How quickly will I receive my order?
It is depended on order quantity , if quantity is 500-1000pcs , usually 20days is enough for shipping your products. If above these quantity or it had logo , then we need to check and discuss together.
How can I track my order?
Now our sales will made a update-form for our customer to check order status , then they can be known well for their orders in the process.
Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order qty is 500pcs for bags if we have stock material.If we don’t have stock material, then we need to check bag size and color then we can talk about how much quantity for the MOQ..

When will I be charged?
When you placed order , we will require a deposit , when goods finished, then we will order shipping for you with your forwarder.If amount is not too big ,we will ask for paid balance before shipment .If amount is bigger, then we can make balance after shipment.
Where do I get my sample cost refunds ?
Sometimes, sample cost will be refund if order is bigger , we can deduct it from the order amount.
What is custom packaging?
Custom packaging is one of our specialist services. We bring your ideas and vision to reality. We create a personalized touch on every carton.
It is all depended on your request , for bags packing ,we can make bulk packing or individual packing , all is acceptable.
Can you design my product/logo for me?
If you do not have artwork or a logo, one of our sales will tell you the steps to how to make your own logo for your products.
How long does it take for printed items?
Printing on in-stock items takes approximately 10-12 business days after artwork approval. In the event we are experiencing a high volume of product demand, it may take longer. We will notify you.
How much do you charge to create a logo?
If a simple logo design ,we cost 30USD , if a little complex ,we will cost 50USD.
What format do I need for my logo?
Logo or artwork must be submitted in vector (.eps or .ai or PDF)
